Refund Policy

Refunds are not accepted within 72-hours of the due date or induction date. However, if services are canceled 2 weeks before the due date, a partial refund of 50% will be granted. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 3 weeks or more in advance of the due date or induction date. Please message Kristin Braun directly for an emergent reason for cancellation and it will be discussed further.
